When not to use?

Allergy
Not recommended in patients with known allergy to Brom 2.5 mg Tablet or ergot alkaloids.

General warnings
Hypotension

WIthdrawal effects
This medicine should not be stopped immediately without informing the doctor as it may cause neuroleptic malignant syndrome-like symptoms like fever, muscular rigidity, altered mental status. It is advised to decrease the dose gradually based on the clinical condition.
