INTRODUCTION

TOLPERITAS 150MG contains Tolperisone which is a centrally acting muscle relaxant. It has been used for symptomatic treatment of spasticity and muscle spasm. Effectively it reduces the muscular hypertonicity, improves peripheral blood flow by vasodilatation and reduces pain.

Always take this medicine as directed by physician. Your doctor will decide the dose and duration of therapy depending upon your age, weight and condition. Swallow the medicine with a glass of water. It is not recommended for the use in children and adolescents under 18 years. Do not take this medicine, if you suffer from Myasthenia gravis. TOLPERITAS 150MG should be used with caution in pregnant or breastfeeding women. Consult your doctor before taking this medicine. Tell your doctor, if you are taking or taken or might take any other medicines. The most common side effects include dizziness, sleepiness and tiredness.

Always take TOLPERITAS 150MG as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow the medicine whole with plenty of water. If you take more medicine, than you should, talk to your doctor. The signs of overdose can include dizziness, drowsiness, headache.

HOW TO MANAGE SIDE EFFECTS

Skin itching:

Avoid bath in hot water because hot water can irritate the skin. Moisturizers can be used regular basis to soothe and hydrate the affected area.

Diarrhea:

TOLPERITAS 150MG should be taken with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Consult your doctor for advice.

LIVER
TOLPERITAS 150MG should be taken with caution in patients with severe liver disease. Consult your doctor for advice.

ALLERGY
Do not take if you are allergic to this medicine.

OTHERS

Do not take TOLPERITAS 150MG if you:

Suffer from Myasthenia gravis (an immunological disease associated with muscle weakness)

INTERACTIONS
