Norad 2mg Injection

Norad injection treats conditions of low blood pressure, which generally occurs following certain life-threatening medical conditions or post surgical procedures. This injection is also used during Cardiopulmonary resuscitation.

Before taking Norad notify your doctor if you have:

hypertension
Circulation problems
asthma
Coronary artery disease (CAD)
diabetes.
Tell your doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or planning to conceive. The dosage of this injection will be determined by your physician based on your medical history and current condition. This medication is injected into the vein through IV infusion.

Are there any missed dose instructions?

Missed dose should be taken as soon as possible. It is recommended to skip your missed dose, if it is the time for your next scheduled dose.

Work

It works as a peripheral vasoconstrictor which exerts its expression on alpha-adrenergic receptors. Since it acts at the beta-adrenergic receptors, it is a dilator of coronary arteries and an inotropic stimulator of the heart.
