Introduction:

Macugold plus Tablet contain Lutein, Zeaxanthin, Astaxanthin, Acetylcysteine and Melatonin. It is a nutritional Supplement. Lutein is an antioxidant that belongs to the carotenoid group. It is important for maintaining eye health and reducing the risk of macular degeneration and cataracts. Headache:

Hot or cold compresses to your head or neck. Massage your head. Drink Tea or coffee. Take rest in a quiet, dark room.

Dizziness:

Avoid using caffeine, alcohol, salt and tobacco. Drink enough fluids, eat a healthy diet, get enough sleep and avoid stress.

Nausea:

Try taking this tablet with, or just after, a meal or snack. Stick to simple meals and do not eat rich or spicy food. If you’re being sick, try small frequent sips of water to avoid dehydration.
