Description
Headset Tablet is a combination of Sumatriptan and Naproxen. It is used for the treatment of an acute migraine attack. It works by constricting the dilated blood vessels in the brain, decreasing the release of chemical substances which stimulate pain, and blocking the pain signals in the brain. This medicine can only help alleviate the symptoms of a migraine but is not capable of preventing or reducing the frequency of migraine attacks
Headset Tablet may cause some side effects like nausea, heartburn, headache, chest discomfort, dry mouth, weakness, muscle stiffness, numbness in your fingers or toes, irregular heartbeats, etc. Consult your doctor if these symptoms persist or worsen. Avoid driving vehicles or operating machines as Headset Tablet may cause drowsiness or dizziness.
Headset Tablet may be taken with food to avoid the risk of stomach discomfort. Take it at the same time each day as this helps to maintain a constant level of this medicine in your body. Do not discontinue taking this medicine without consulting your doctor as it may cause a relapse of your symptoms.
Headset Tablet may not be suitable for all. It is not recommended for use if you are allergic to it. Inform your doctor of your complete medical history, especially if you have heart, liver, or kidney problems. If you are pregnant or are breastfeeding, consult your doctor before taking this medicine.
