If you are allergic to the medicine or the active ingredient Isotretinoin or medicines containing vitamin A.

Interactions with food items
This medicine is not known to have interactions with any food products. However, it is advisable to avoid the intake of oily and junk food and food rich in vitamin A as they are known to delay the treatment process.
Other general Interactions
If you have liver or kidney diseases, elevated levels of liver enzymes, vitamin A or lipids and if tetracycline has been prescribed to you, you must refrain from the use of this medicine.

Dosage of Isotroin 10 MG

Overdose
An overdose of Isotroin 10mg Capsules can cause side effects such as headache, vomiting, dizziness, flushing and loss of balance. An overdose should be immediately reported to a doctor.
Missed a Dose
If in case of a missed dose, it is recommended that you must administer it at the earliest. If it is time for the following scheduled dose, skip the missed dose and continue the regular dosage schedule.
