What is UPRISE D3 60K?

Introduction:

Uprise D3 is a Vitamin D3 supplement that is used to treat bone weakness and other related diseases such as rickets, arthritis, Osteoporosis etc. Uprise D3 is an essential dietary supplement especially for people with the deficiency of Vitamin D.

Cholecalciferol present in Uprise D3 works by regulating the parathyroid hormone and by maintaining a proper balance of calcium. It induces the kidneys to absorb calcium and it also accelerates intestinal uptake of calcium and phosphorous. How to manage side effects:

Stomach-ache:

When taking a diet lacks plenty of fluids, fresh fruits and vegetables and fiber rich in whole grains, bowel problems are more likely to occur.

Constipation:

Drink two to four extra glasses of water a day. Avoid caffeine-containing drinks and alcohol, which can cause dehydration. Add fruits, vegetables whole grains and other high-fiber foods to your diet. Eat fewer high-fat foods, like meat, eggs and cheese.
