Description

TOLOL XR 50 MG TABLET is a heart medicine that contains Metoprolol. It is used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure), angina pectoris (chest pain caused when your heart muscle does not get enough oxygen-rich blood), and arrhythmia (irregular heartbeat). TOLOL XR 50 MG TABLET helps in preventing heart attack (a blockage of blood flow to the heart muscle) and stroke (damage to the brain from interruption of its blood supply). TOLOL XR 50 MG TABLET works by reducing the rate and force of the contractions of your heart. Thus it decreases high blood pressure.

TOLOL XR 50 MG TABLET may cause side effects like headache, breathing difficulty, low blood pressure, etc. Consult your doctor if these symptoms persist for a longer time. This medicine may also cause dizziness or drowsiness. Avoid driving vehicles or operating machines after taking this medicine. Do not take TOLOL XR 50 MG TABLET if you are allergic to it.

When not to use?

Allergy

Dosage
