Description

Tenoric-LD 25/6.25 Tablet is a combination medicine used for the treatment of high blood pressure. Frequent monitoring of blood pressure and electrolytes level is necessary during treatment with this medicine. When not to use?

Allergy
This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with a known allergy to chlorthalidone, other sulfonamides, atenolol, other beta-blockers, or any other inactive ingredients present along with these medicines.
Cardiogenic shock
This medicine is not recommended for use in patients suffering from a Cardiogenic shock due to the increased risk of worsening of the patient’s condition.
Heart block greater than first degree
This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with a heart block greater than first degree due to the increased risk of worsening of the patient’s condition.
Sinus Bradycardia
This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with Sinus bradycardia since it may worsen the patient’s condition.
Uncompensated cardiac failure
This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with an uncompensated cardiac failure since it may worsen the patient’s condition.
Severe pulmonary edema
This medicine is not recommended for use in patients suffering from a severe pulmonary edema due to the increased risk of serious adverse effects.
Anuria
This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with anuria, a condition where the kidney is unable to produce urine.
Severe renal impairment
This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with severe renal impairment (CrCl < 30 ml/min) due to the increased risk of serious adverse effects.
Severe liver impairment
This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with severe liver impairment due to the increased risk of serious adverse effects.
