Symbal 30mg
Symbal 30mg Tablet is a prescription medicine used for treating anxiety disorder, depression and neuropathic (nerve) pain. It is composed of duloxetine. It belongs to a class of medication called selectiv
serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors (SNRIs). This medicine increases the levels of specific chemical messengers (serotonin and norepinephrine) in the brain to regulate/maintain mood. Diabetic neuropathy is nerve damage due to diabetes characterised by a reduced sensation of touch, pins and needles, uncomfortable tingling and burning sensation in limbs. Mode of Action of Symbal 30mg
How Does It Work?
Symbal Tablet contains the medicine Duloxetine. Duloxetin belongs to the class of antidepressant medicines called serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (SNRI). It acts by blocking the reabsorption (or reuptake) of serotonin and norepinephrine back into the nerve cells that released them, which increases the levels of these active neurotransmitters in the brain. The rise in the levels of these chemical messengers in the brain relieves the pain and regulates mood.
