Solspre Nasal Spray (Sodium Chloride 0.9%)

 

Solspre Nasal Spray 100 ml belongs to the group of medicines called nasal medications used to treat nasal congestion/ stuffy nose, nasal irritation, and dryness of the nasal passages associated with the common cold, flu, pollutants or allergies. Solspre Nasal Spray 100 ml may also be used as a pre-treatment for nasal steroid administration.

Solspre Nasal Spray 100 ml contains ‘Sodium Chloride’, an isotonic salt solution that moisturises the nose, and helps loosen, soften, and dissolve crusty or thick mucus. Thereby, provides relief from stuffiness and makes breathing easier.

Use Solspre Nasal Spray 100 ml as prescribed. In some cases, you may experience certain common side-effects such as cough, sneezing, abnormal taste, and stinging sensation in the nose. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if you experience these side effects persistently.

Solspre Nasal Spray 100 ml is for nasal use only; do not consume Solspre Nasal Spray 100 ml. Let your doctor know if you are allergic to any of the contents. Consult your doctor before using Solspre Nasal Spray 100 ml if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Solspre Nasal Spray 100 ml should be used in children only if advised by the doctor. To prevent contamination, avoid touching the tip of the container.

Based on your condition, your doctor will decide for how long you need to take Solspre Nasal Spray 100 ml.Spray/Squirt bottle/Pump: Remove the cap and insert the nozzle into the nostril. Press the nozzle as long as necessary, allow the excess solution to trickle down. Clean your nose after one 1minute and repeat the process if necessary. Shake well before use.
