SederOM Tablet (Ferric Pyrophosphate / Curcurma Longa)

Sederom Tablet 10’s belongs to the group of medicines called nutritional supplements used to treat and prevent nutritional deficiencies, iron deficiency anaemia, low iron in the body, vitamin c deficiency, improves immunity, promotes growth and good health. A nutritional deficiency occurs when the body does not absorb or get enough nutrients from food. Vitamins and minerals are necessary for body development and the prevention of diseases.

Sederom Tablet 10’s is a combination of four supplements, namely: Ascorbic acid, folic acid, iron, and vitamin B12. Iron helps in the transportation of oxygen throughout the body and the production of red blood cells. Vitamin B12 helps in the proper functioning of the brain, nerves, and the production of red blood cells. Folic acid is necessary for the formation of healthy red blood cells. Vitamin C helps improve the absorption of iron from the stomach. Together, Sederom Tablet 10’s helps in treating nutritional deficiencies.

Take Sederom Tablet 10’s as prescribed. You are advised to take Sederom Tablet 10’s for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you, depending on your medical condition. In some cases, you may experience certain common side-effects such as stomach upset, constipation, diarrhoea, nausea, and vomiting. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if you experience these side effects persistently.

Let your doctor know if you are using prescription/non-prescription drugs, or herbal products before starting Sederom Tablet 10’s. If you are known to be allergic to Sederom Tablet 10’s or its inactive components, please inform your doctor. Consult your doctor before taking Sederom Tablet 10’s if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Sederom Tablet 10’s should be given to children only if prescribed by a doctor. It is unknown if alcohol interacts with Sederom Tablet 10’s, so please consult a doctor.

Take Sederom Tablet 10’s with or without food. Based on your medical condition, your doctor will decide how long you need to take Sederom Tablet 10’s.Tablet: Swallow it as a whole with a glass of water; do not chew or break the tablet.Liquid: Take the prescribed dose by mouth using the measuring cup provided by the pack; shake the pack well before use.
