Overview

Polybion CZs Tablet is used for Type 2 diabetes, High cholesterol, Underactive thyroid, Bone loss in women during menopause, Vitamin b 12 deficiencies, Diarrhea in malnutrition children, Poor absorption of food, Arthritis, Osteoarthritis, Stomach and intestine problems and other conditions. Polybion CZs Tablet may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide.

Polybion CZs Tablet contains Cyanocobalamin, Elemental Chromium, Elemental Selenium, Elemental Zinc, Folic Acid, Niacinamide and Pyridoxine as active ingredients.
Polybion CZs Tablet works by normalizing the formation of red blood cells and nerve tissues; improving the way our bodies use insulin; increasing the action of antioxidants; normalizing the reproductive and immune system for tissue renewal maintenance of skin and for bones health; acting on megaloblastic bone marrow to produce a normoblastic marrow; lowering blood cholesterol and triglyceride levels by inhibiting the synthesis of very low density lipoproteins; modifying the electrical activity thus relaxing and slowing overactive heart muscles;

Side-effects

The following is a list of possible side-effects that may occur from all constituting ingredients of Polybion CZs Tablet. This is not a comprehensive list. Zinc along with quinolone or tetracycline antibiotics reduces the amount of both zinc
Thiazide diuretics increased the release of zinc through urine

Precautions

Before using Polybion CZs Tablet, inform your doctor about your current list of medications, over the counter products (e.g. vitamins, herbal supplements, etc.), allergies, pre-existing diseases, and current health conditions (e.g. pregnancy, upcoming surgery, etc.). Administration of folic acid alone is improper therapy for pernicious anemia and other megaloblastic anemias in which vitamin B12 is deficient

Polybion CZs Tablet may interact with the following drugs and products:
Alcohol
Allopurinol
Amiloride
Anti-diabetic drugs

When not to use Polybion CZs Tablet

Hypersensitivity to Polybion CZs Tablet is a contraindication. In addition, Polybion CZs Tablet should not be used if you have the following conditions:
Atrophic gastritis
Double dose
Fertility problems in men
High doses
Hypersensitivity
Intolerance to the drug
Kidney disease
Leber’s hereditary optic atrophy
Liver disease
Low amount of potassium in the blood
