Onoff 400mg Tablet
Onoff 400 MG Tablet is an antibiotic used for the treatment of bacterial infections affecting your lungs, skin, and urinary tract (the kidneys, bladder, ureters, or urethra). It works by stopping the growth of bacteria that causes infection. It is not effective against infections caused by viruses.

Onoff 400 MG Tablet is used to treat pyelonephritis which is the swelling of the kidneys due to bacterial infection. This infection starts in your urethra or bladder and spreads through the ureters to the kidneys.
Urethritis
Urethritis is the swelling of the urethra, a small tube that carries urine from the bladder. Onoff 400 MG Tablet is used to treat urethritis caused by bacteria.
Cystitis
Onoff 400 MG Tablet is used to treat cystitis caused by bacteria. It is a swelling of your urinary bladder usually caused by a bacterial infection. This is more common in women.

When not to use?
Allergy

Tendinitis or tendon rupture
Onoff 400 MG Tablet can cause muscle damage especially in old age. Do not use Onoff 400 MG Tablet if you have tendonitis (swelling of fibres that attach bone with muscles) or tendon rupture (a partial or complete tear of the tendon- the tissue that connects muscle to bone) as may worsen your condition.
Myasthenia gravis
Myasthenia gravis is a skeletal muscle weakness condition characterized by severe weakness of any of the muscles under your voluntary control like arms and legs. Onoff 400 MG Tablet should be avoided if you have myasthenia gravis as it may worsen your condition.
