Nurokind-G 100 New Tablet is a combination of Gabapentin and Methylcobalamin. It is used in the treatment of neuropathic pain (pain from nerve damage). It can occur due to various conditions like diabetes, cancer, spine disorders, thyroid problems, or HIV (Human immunodeficiency virus) infection. Nurokind G 100 New Tablet works by blocking the movement of pain signals in your brain. It also helps in the formation of a protective covering (myelin) of the nerve fibres and repairs your damaged nerves.

Nurokind-G 100 New Tablet may cause side effects like sleepiness, dizziness, weakness, and loss of coordination. These side effects are temporary and usually resolve on their own.
