About Muzika Tablet 10’s
Muzika Tablet 10’s belongs to a group of heart-related medicines called ‘vasodilators used to treat heart failure. Heart failure occurs when the hearts muscle does not pump blood normally, including shortness of breath, swollen legs, fatigue and increased heartbeat. In this condition, the heart becomes too weak and cannot pump enough blood and oxygen to the organs and tissues of our body.
Muzika Tablet 10’s is a fixed-dose combination composed of two medicines, namely, Isosorbide dinitrate and Hydralazine. Isosorbide dinitrate belongs to a group of drugs known as nitrates that relax the heart’s muscles and widens the heart’s veins and arteries for easy flow of blood to every part of our body. It is used to treat angina (chest pain) and other heart-related diseases due to a shortage of oxygen and blood. Hydralazine belongs to a group of drugs known as vasodilators which help lowers raised blood pressure by relaxing and widening the heart’s muscles.
Muzika Tablet 10’s is available in the form of oral tablets. Take Muzika Tablet 10’s as your doctor has prescribed it. Doses of the Muzika Tablet 10’s will decide by your doctor but generally start with low doses and increase the dose. In some cases, Muzika Tablet 10’s can cause side effects like headache, nausea, dizziness, and lightheadedness (feeling of faint). Most of these side effects of Muzika Tablet 10’s do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if these side effects persist longer, please consult your doctor.
If you are known to be allergic to Muzika Tablet 10’s or any other medicines, please inform your doctor. Before taking Muzika Tablet 10’s, let your doctor know if you have a heart attack within the last 30 days, low blood pressure, stroke (low blood supply in the brain that causes the damage to the brain), high pressure within the brain. Please do not stop taking Muzika Tablet 10’s on your own, which may lead to the recurrence of symptoms or worsen the condition.

Drug Warnings
Do not take Muzika Tablet 10’s if you have low blood pressure because even a low dose of Muzika Tablet 10’s may produce low blood pressure. If you are pregnant or planning for any pregnancy, let your doctor know about this before taking Muzika Tablet 10’s as it crosses the placenta and can affect the unborn baby (fetus). Do not drive by using this Muzika Tablet 10’s because it produces dizziness that may cause an accident. You may experience tingling or numbness so your doctor may prescribe a vitamin B6 supplement (pyridoxine). Hydralazine passes into breast milk, so its use in lactating mother should be avoided.
Drug Interactions
Drug-Drug Interaction: Care should be exercised when Muzika Tablet 10’s is administered in combination with migraine headache medicines (ergotamine), drugs used to treat erectile dysfunction (inability to get enlarged penis) (sildenafil, tadalafil), pain killers (ibuprofen, naproxen).
Drug-Food Interaction: Avoid taking eating low-fat meals as it delayed the absorption of Muzika Tablet 10’s.
Drug-Disease Interaction: People affected by hypotension (low blood pressure), erectile dysfunction (inability to get enlarged penis) should not take Muzika Tablet 10’s.
