Milflox 0.5% Eye drop contain Moxifloxacin an antibiotic medicine. It is used for the treatment of external bacterial infections of the eye. It works by stopping the growth of bacteria. You should complete the course given by your doctor and do not stop using Milflox 0.5% Eye drop on your own. Also, it is important to inform the doctor about your ongoing medications and any specific allergies of medicines you have, before starting with this medicine.

Contraindications of Milflox 0.5 %
If you are allergic to Moxifloxacin or other medicines from the fluoroquinolone group of medicine or any of the other ingredients of Milflox 0.5% Eye drop.

Pain or irritation in the eye

Other General Warnings

Talk to your doctor if
You have swelling of throat, face, itching over body or breathing difficulty.
You are using contact lenses.
You are having eye infection caused due to bacteria of genital infection.

Directions for Use of Milflox 0.5 %

Use Milflox 0.5% Eye drop as instructed by your doctor.
Follow directions carefully & do not miss doses.
Wash your hands thoroughly before and after applying.
Close your eyes for 2-3 minutes and do not blink or squeeze.
Avoid touching your eyes with the dropper and it must be kept clean.
Wipe any excess liquid from your face with a tissue.

Overdose

If you have instilled extra drops of it, wash eyes thoroughly with water.
Missed a Dose
If you have missed the instillation of eye drops, instill it as soon as possible. Do not instill more drops just to compensate for the missed dose.
