Description
Lobate 0.05% Cream is steroidal medicine that reduces swelling of many skin conditions. It is used to reduce immune-responsive skin diseases such as psoriasis (itchy, red and scaly skin), eczema (red, cracked and patchy skin), etc. It works by reducing the swelling, redness, rash and itching at the affected site.
Lobate 0.05% Cream rarely shows side effects. However, long-term therapy with Lobate 0.05% Cream may cause side effects such as sensitive skin, redness, itching, burning sensation, etc. Notify your doctor if these conditions do not subside with time or worsen.
Lobate 0.05% Cream is meant for external use only. Do not use it for more than the time prescribed by your doctor. Before applying Lobate 0.05% Cream at the affected site, clean the area with water and pat dry it. Apply a thin layer of the cream over the affected site and spread evenly.
Lobate 0.05% Cream is not advisable if you are allergic to it. Similarly, it is not recommended if you are having a fungal infection of your skin. Avoid contact with your eyes, lips, or mouth. Wash them out immediately with water if it is exposed to any of these areas.
Let your doctor know if you are using any other externally applied medicines as Lobate 0.05% Cream can interact with the medications. Breastfeeding mothers should make sure to prevent the contact of this medicine to the infant. Do not breastfeed if applied around the nipples. This medicine is usually safe to use in pregnancy. Psoriasis
Psoriasis is an autoimmune disease that results in dry, scaly and itchy skin. The skin becomes dry and is prone to various microbial infections. Hence this skin condition needs immediate medical attention. This condition can develop in any part of your skin on the body but rarely spreads to nails and bones. Dosage
Missed Dose
