Iprazest Respules 5X2.5 ml is a combination medication primarily used to treat or prevent symptoms of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) likes shortness of breath, coughing or wheezing (whistling sound while breathing). COPD is a group of lung diseases with emphysema (shortness of breath due to damaged air sac) and chronic bronchitis (inflammation and narrowing of the lining of airways or bronchial tubes).

Iprazest Respules 5X2.5 ml is a combination of two bronchodilators, namely: Levosalbutamol and Ipratropium bromide. Iprazest Respules 5X2.5 ml belongs to the class of bronchodilators that works by relaxing muscles and widening the airways of the lungs. Thereby, it allows us to breathe easily.

Iprazest Respules 5X2.5 ml is available in the form of rotacaps, inhaler and resicaps. Iprazest Respules 5X2.5 ml is for inhalation only. Iprazest Respules 5X2.5 ml in rotacaps and resicaps should be taken as advised by your doctor. The inhaler form of Iprazest Respules 5X2.5 ml should be taken by inhaling the number of puffs as advised by your doctor. Your doctor will recommend you how often you take Iprazest Respules 5X2.5 ml based on your medical condition. Some people may experience headache, sore throat, dry mouth, runny or stuffy nose, pain, cough with mucus, sneezing, chest tightness, difficulty in breathing, dizziness, nervousness, tiredness, irregular heartbeats and vomiting. Directions for Use

While you are breathing Iprazest Respules 5X2.5 ml from the mouth, press down inhaler once to release the medicine and hold your breath for 10 seconds. Repeat until you have inhaled the number of puffs as advised by your doctor. Rinse your mouth with water and spit it out after using Iprazest Respules 5X2.5 ml to avoid fungal infections in mouth and throat.

Drug-Drug Interaction: Iprazest Respules 5X2.5 ml may interact with bronchodilators (salmeterol, albuterol, vilanterol, formoterol, tiotropium), steroids (budesonide, prednisone), water pills (furosemide), anti-sickness drug (ondansetron), heart-related medicines (atropine).

Drug-Food Interaction: Iprazest Respules 5X2.5 ml may interact with caffeine. Therefore, avoid or limit the intake of caffeinated beverages, foods or dietary supplements with Iprazest Respules 5X2.5 ml as it may increase the risk of adverse effects.
