It works by increasing the amount of a natural substance (serotonin) in your brain that helps maintain mental balance.

Galop 5mgTablet may cause some common side effects like nausea, fatigue, confusion, dizziness and change in sex drive or ability. Inform your doctor if you notice any changes in your behaviour. Galop 5 MG Tablet may cause sleepiness, hence it is advised that you avoid driving vehicles or operating machines.
