Gabapin Plus 300mg Tablet is a combination medicine that consists of Gabapentin, Methylcobalamin and Alpha-lipoic acid. It is used in the treatment of neuropathic pain (pain from nerve damage). It can occur due to various conditions like diabetes, cancer, spine disorders, thyroid problems, etc. Gabapin Plus 300 mg Tablet works by blocking the pain signals to your brain. It also helps in the formation of a protective covering (myelin) of the nerve fibres and repairs your damaged nerves.
Gabapin Plus 300mg Tablet may cause side effects like sleepiness, dizziness, weakness, and loss of coordination. These side effects are temporary and usually resolve when your body adapts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if these side effects persist or bother you. This medicine may cause mood and behavioural changes. If you develop mood changes or suicidal thoughts, contact your doctor immediately.
