Description

Ferium Injection is an iron supplement medicine. It is used to treat iron deficiency anaemia (low red blood cell count than the normal level due to iron deficiency) in adults. It works by restoring the iron in red blood cells to supply oxygen throughout your body.

Ferium Injection has some side effects, like headache, vomiting, dizziness, and pain at the site of injection etc. These side effects may subside by themselves. Consult your doctor if they bother you for a long time or worsen.

Ferium Injection is given into your vein by a qualified health care professional in a hospital setting. It is usually given once a week.
