Description

DA Sutra 30X Tablet is a combination medicine used for the treatment of Erectile dysfunction (a condition where a man is unable to achieve and/or maintain a penile erection adequate enough for sexual intercourse.) and Premature ejaculation (a condition where ejaculation happens sooner than expected) in men. This medicine is not recommended for use in children and women.

Uses of DA Sutra 30X Tablet

What is it prescribed for?
Premature ejaculation
This medicine is used to treat premature ejaculation. It helps in increasing the time taken to ejaculate and helps in achieving better control during sexual intercourse.
Erectile Dysfunction
This medicine is used for the treatment of erectile dysfunction or impotence in men, a condition characterized by difficulty in achieving and sustaining an erection while having attempting or sexual intercourse. It happens due to a decreased blood flow to the penis which may be caused by physical problems such as an injury; diseases such as benign prostatic hypertrophy (BPH), diabetes, neuropathy, prostate cancer; psychological causes such as anxiety, stress, depression, etc. Chronic lifestyle habits such as smoking, drinking, etc could also contribute to ED. It is important to note that this medicine will only work if there is sexual stimulation. When ED is due to psychological causes alone or psychological, lifestyle and physical causes, it is important to undergo counselling and lifestyle modifications along with the treatment with this medicine to achieve the best possible effect.

When not to use?

Allergy
This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with a known allergy to sildenafil or dapoxetine or any other inactive ingredients present along with the formulation.
Heart failure
This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with a history of heart failure due to the increased risk of worsening of the patient’s condition.
Heart rhythm disorders
This medicine is not recommended for use in patients having abnormalities of the heart rhythm due to the increased risk of worsening of the patient’s condition.
Bipolar disorder
This medicine is not recommended for use in patients having a history of mania or severe depression (bipolar disorder) due to the increased risk of worsening of the patient’s condition.
Loss of consiousness
This medicine is not recommended for use in patients having syncope characterized by frequent loss of consciousness and muscle strength due to the increased risk of worsening of the symptoms.
Kidney Disease
This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with kidney diseases due to the increased risk of worsening of the adverse effects.
Liver disease
This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with liver diseases due to the increased risk of worsening of the adverse effects.
Thioridazine
This medicine is not recommended for use if you are taking thioridazine. This medicine should not be taken within 14 days of discontinuing treatment with thioridazine. Similarly, thioridazine can be taken 7 days after stopping the uptake of this medicine.
Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs)
This medicine is not recommended for use if you are taking any other medicine belonging to the Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) class. This medicine should not be taken within 14 days of discontinuing treatment with a SSRI medicine. Similarly, a SSRI medicine can be taken 7 days after stopping the uptake of this medicine.
Nitrate containing medicines
This medicine is not recommended for use in patients receiving any other medicines containing nitrates due to the increased risk of serious adverse effects.
Strong CYP3A4 inhibitors
This medicine is not recommended for use if you are taking any medicine belonging to the CYP3A4 class. This DA Sutra 30X Tablet should not be taken within 14 days of discontinuing treatment with these medicines. Similarly, a potent CYP3A4 inhibitor medicine can be taken 7 days after stopping the uptake of this combination of medicine.
Monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOI)
This medicine is not recommended for use if you are taking any medicine belonging to the Monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOI) class. DA Sutra 30X Tablet should not be taken within 14 days of discontinuing treatment with an MAOI medicine. Similarly, an MAOI medicine can be taken 7 days after stopping the uptake of DA Sutra 30X Tablet.

Dosage

Missed Dose
The dose regimen for this medicine is not fixed and hence missing a scheduled dose is highly unlikely.
Overdose
Contact your doctor immediately if an overdose is suspected. You may require immediate medical attention depending on the severity of the symptoms.

Take this medicine exactly as prescribed by the doctor. Follow all the usage instructions mentioned on the label. Do not take in larger or smaller quantities than prescribed. It is recommended to have regular follow up with the doctor while taking this medicine.
