Cremagel (Diltiazem 2%)

Crema Gel 30 gm is used to promote the healing of the incision in the skin of the anus (anal fissure) and reduce the symptoms of pain caused by the incision. An anal fissure is an incision in the anus or anal canal lining. The sign of an anal fissure is pain during or after a bowel movement.

Crema Gel 30 gm contains diltiazem which works by relaxing the muscle around the anus (anal sphincter), reducing anal pressure and increasing blood flow to the area for healing.

In some cases, Crema Gel 30 gm may cause side effects like application site reactions (burning sensation, itching), headache, and dizziness. These side effects are not familiar to everyone and vary individually. If you notice any side effects that are not manageable, please consult your doctor.

Inform your doctor if you have had an allergic reaction to any of the ingredients of Crema Gel 30 gm. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Crema Gel 30 gm may cause light-headedness or dizziness; hence, it is recommended not to drive or operate machinery until you are mentally alert. Crema Gel 30 gm is for external use only.

Crema Gel 30 gm is for external use only. Use finger covering such as finger film or disposable gloves to apply Crema Gel 30 gm. Apply the gel using your finger to the anus at the entrance. Wash hands after use and dispose of the finger covering appropriately.
