Clonil 10mg Tablets should be taken at a fixed time each day to maintain the balance between the chemical substances in the brain. The most common side effects associated with Clonil 10 mg Tablet are constipation, decrease in sexual desire, difficulty in urination, fatigue, drowsiness, decreased appetite, and tremors. Most of the side effects are mild and should not interfere with your day-to-day activities. However, if the side effects increase in severity, you should consult a doctor. You should continuously monitor your symptoms. Antiepileptics (phenytoin) as it decreases the efficacy of Clonil 10 mg Tablets.

Anti-malaria medication (Quinidine) as the combination can cause abnormalities in the heart.

Barbiturate(phenobarbital or secobarbital) as it causes sedation when used with Clonil 10 mg Tablets.

Missed a Dose
