Cilodoc 100 mg Tablet consists of Cilostazol. It is used to treat symptoms of intermittent claudication (a condition that causes pain in your legs when you walk or exercise and improves when you rest due to improper blood flow). This medicine relieves pain by widening the blood vessels that supply blood to your legs and improving blood flow.

Cilodoc 100 mg Tablet has some side effects like headache, diarrhoea, dizziness, heartburn, nausea, dizziness, etc. These side effects may subside by themselves. However, consult your doctor if they bother you for a longer time or worsen. Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to it.

Cilodoc 100 mg Tablet should be taken on an empty stomach. Your doctor will determine the dose and duration of treatment based on your condition. Do not take more than the recommended dose. When not to use?

Allergy
Avoid taking Cilodoc 100 mg Tablet if you are allergic to it. Serious allergic reactions to this medicine are rare. However, seek immediate medical attention if you notice any symptoms such as rash, itching/swelling (especially of the face/tongue/throat), severe dizziness, breathing difficulty, etc.
Severe kidney impairment
Cilodoc 100 mg Tablet is not recommended for use if you have severe kidney problems as it may further worsen your condition.
Congestive Heart Failure
Congestive heart failure is a condition in which the heart is unable to pump a sufficient amount of blood to meet the body’s demand. Cilodoc 100 mg Tablet is not recommended for use if you have congestive heart failure as it may further worsen your condition.

Dosage

Missed Dose
If you miss a dose of Cilodoc 100 mg Tablet, take it as soon as you remember. If it is time for your next dose, skip the missed dose. Do not double your dose to make up for the missed dose.
Overdose
Never take more than the recommended dose of Cilodoc 100 mg Tablet. Seek emergency medical treatment in case of an overdose.

General Instructions

Take Cilodoc 100 mg Tablet as advised by your doctor. Do not break, chew, or crush the tablet.

Do not take more or less than the prescribed dose.

Avoid driving vehicles or operating heavy machines if you feel dizzy or drowsy.

You may notice an improvement in your symptoms in two to four weeks. To see the maximum benefit from the treatment, it may take up to 12 weeks.
