Carofit D Tablet is used for For eye and ear wash, Skin infection, Cancer of the prostate, Treatment of anemias of nutritional origin, Pregnancy, Infancy, Or childhood, Weight loss, Diabetes, Stroke, Hardening of the arteries, Prostate cancer, Stomach cancer and other conditions. Carofit D Tablet may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide.

Carofit D Tablet contains Carotenoids, Chromium Chloride, Cyanocobalamin, Folic Acid, Pyridoxine, Selenium Dioxide, Thiamine, Vitamin C, Vitamin E and Zinc Sulphate as active ingredients.
Carofit D Tablet works by increasing the action of antioxidants; normalizing the formation of red blood cells and nerve tissues; enhancing the action of insulin; inhibiting the herpes simplex virus growth; relaxing the nerve signals to the brain; blocking the damage caused by free radicals thus heals wounds; slowing down the processes that damage cells; acting on megaloblastic bone marrow to produce a normoblastic marrow; modifying the electrical activity thus relaxing and slowing overactive heart muscles; protecting cells from damage;

Precautions

Administration of folic acid alone is improper therapy for pernicious anemia and other megaloblastic anemias in which vitamin B12 is deficient
Aluminum toxicity

Avoid alcohol consumption, especially if having alcoholic cirrhosis

Difficulty in breathing
Do not overdose
Do not take this medication if you are allergic to it
Drink plenty of liquids
