Becovit Tablet contains Ascorbic Acid, Biotin, Calcium Pantothenate, Elemental Chromium, Elemental Copper, Elemental Manganese, Elemental Selenium, Elemental Zinc, Folic Acid, L-Glutamic Acid, Magnesium Oxide, Methionine, Methylcobalamin, Niacinamide, Pyridoxine, Riboflavine, Thiamine Mononitrate, Vitamin A, Vitamin D3 and Vitamin E as active ingredients.
Becovit Tablet works by both providing ascorbic acid and reversibly oxidizing to dehydroascorbic acid in the body; treating or preventing biotin deficiency; protecting cells against peroxidative damage by increasing the level of glutathione; improving the way our bodies use insulin; producing and storing iron in the body; involving in the bone formation; increasing the action of antioxidants; normalizing the reproductive and immune system for tissue renewal maintenance of skin and for bones health; acting on megaloblastic bone marrow to produce a normoblastic marrow; stimulating the both ionotropic and metabotropic glutamate receptors; possessing the excitatory neurotransmitter action; completing the need of magnesium in the body; breaking down products of acetaminophen from damaging the liver; works in recovery process of damaged nerve cells; lowering blood cholesterol and triglyceride levels by inhibiting the synthesis of very low density lipoproteins; modifying the electrical activity thus relaxing and slowing overactive heart muscles; involving in the maintenance of erythrocyte integrity; increasing the levels of pyruvic acid in the blood; facilitating retina formation required for low light and color vision; increasing absorption of calcium and phosphorus required for strong bones; slowing down the processes that damage cells;

Precautions

Administration of folic acid alone is improper therapy for pernicious anemia and other megaloblastic anemias in which vitamin B12 is deficient
