Aquaviron Injection (Testosterone 25mg) 1ml

Aquaviron Injection 1 ml belongs to a group of medicines called androgens indicated for the replacement therapy in males for conditions associated with insufficiency of endogenous testosterone such as acquired or congenital primary hypogonadism and hypogonadotropic hypogonadism. Hypogonadism is a condition in which the gonads (testes in men and ovaries in women) produce insufficient sex hormones.

Aquaviron Injection 1 ml contains Testosterone, which helps in replenishing the deficient testosterone levels in adult men. Thereby, Aquaviron Injection 1 ml helps in treating hypogonadism. Testosterone is the anabolic steroid and primary sex hormone in males, which plays an important role in the development of male reproductive tissues such as the prostate and testes.

Take Aquaviron Injection 1 ml as prescribed. You are advised to take Aquaviron Injection 1 ml for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you, depending on your medical condition. In some cases, you may experience certain common side-effects such as weight gain, headache, anxiety, breast swelling, male pattern baldness, increased facial or body hair growth, increased/decreased interest in sex. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if you experience these side effects persistently.

Let your doctor know if you are allergic to any of the contents before taking Aquaviron Injection 1 ml. Do not take Aquaviron Injection 1 ml if you are pregnant, planning for pregnancy or breastfeeding. Aquaviron Injection 1 ml is not recommended for children below 18years as the safety and effectiveness have not been established. Take Aquaviron Injection 1 ml with or without food. Your doctor will advise for how long you need to take Aquaviron Injection 1 ml depending upon your medical condition.Injection: A healthcare professional will administer Aquaviron Injection 1 ml. Do not self-administer.Gel: Apply Aquaviron Injection 1 ml to clean, dry, and intact skin of upper arms, shoulders, and/or abdomen. After the gel has dried, cover the application site with clothing. Wash your hands immediately with soap and water after using Aquaviron Injection 1 ml. Do not apply Aquaviron Injection 1 ml to any other body parts such as chest, back, or genitals. Be sure to wash the application site with soap and water prior to any situation where skin-to-skin contact of the application site with other person is anticipated.
