Precautions

Before using Zithrolect 250 Tablet, inform your doctor about your current list of medications, over the counter products (e.g. vitamins, herbal supplements, etc.), allergies, pre-existing diseases, and current health conditions (e.g. pregnancy, upcoming surgery, etc.). Clostridium difficile diarrhea

Do not take any antacids containing magnesium or aluminium for up to 2 hours before and after taking azithromycin

When not to use Zithrolect 250 Tablet
Hypersensitivity to Zithrolect 250 Tablet is a contraindication. In addition, Zithrolect 250 Tablet should not be used if you have the following conditions:
History of hepatic dysfunction with prior use of azithromycin
Hypersensitivity
