Xymoheal Forte Tablet is a combination of Trypsin, Rutoside and Bromelain. It is used to relieve pain and swelling associated with conditions like back pain, arthritis (pain and swelling of your joints), sprain, strain, menstrual cramps and headache.

Xymoheal Forte Tablet is used to relieve pain following minor surgical procedures such as tooth removal. It also promotes the healing of wounds due to an injury. This medicine breaks down the proteins involved in swelling and pain. In this way, it protects the body from damage by chemicals that cause swelling.

Xymoheal Forte Tablet use can lead to side effects like nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea and mouth sores. It may cause dizziness or blurred vision in some people. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and get resolved with time. However, if any of these side effects persist or worsen, consult your doctor at the earliest. Avoid taking this Xymoheal Forte Tablet if you have a known allergy to it.

Xymoheal Forte Tablet works by helping the body in the breakdown of proteins that are present at the site of inflammation. Hence, it is used to relieve swelling and pain associated with conditions like back pain, muscle soreness, arthritis-related pain, sprain, strain, menstrual cramps, toothache and headache.

When not to use?

Allergy
Avoid taking Xymoheal Tablet if you are allergic to it. Allergic reactions to this medicine are rare. However, seek immediate medical attention if you notice any symptoms of allergic reactions such as skin rash, itching/swelling (especially of the face/tongue/throat), severe dizziness, breathing difficulties, etc.

Pregnancy
It is not known whether Xymoheal Tablet cause adverse effects during pregnancy. Use this medicine only after consulting your doctor.
Breast-feeding
There is no clinical evidence that states whether Xymoheal Tablet passes into breast milk. Therefore, use this medicine only after consulting your doctor.
General warnings
Driving or operating machinery
Xymoheal Forte Tablet may rarely cause dizziness, blurred vision, or drowsiness and hence do not perform any activities such as driving vehicles or operating machines if you experience any of these symptoms.
Stool color change
Xymoheal Tablet may change the colour and odour of your stool which is considered normal.
Allergy
Be cautious while taking Xymoheal Tablet if you are allergic to cypress pollen, pineapple, papain, carrot, grass pollen and fennel.
Bleeding
Be cautious while taking Xymoheal Forte Tablet if you have undergone surgery or are planning for one. It may increase the risk of bleeding during and after surgery. Your doctor may advise you to discontinue this medicine at least two weeks before surgery to avoid bleeding disorders.

Dosage

Missed Dose
In case the scheduled dose of Xymoheal Forte Tablet is missed, make sure that you remember to take your next dose on time. Do not take two doses together to make up for a missed dose.
Overdose
Never take more than the prescribed Xymoheal Forte Tablet dose. If you suspect that you might have taken an overdose of this medicine, go to the emergency department of your local hospital.

Never take more than the prescribed dose of this medicine. It may increase the severity of your condition at the beginning of the treatment.
Continue using it as prescribed by your doctor.
Do not give your medicine to other people even if their condition appears to be the same as yours.
It may cause dizziness and blurred vision. Therefore, don’t drive or do anything requiring concentration until you know how it affects you.
It may change the colour, consistency, and odour of your stool. This is harmless. Inform your doctor if this bothers you.
Do not crush, break or chew the tablet in your mouth.
