Vinicor D 50 Tablet is used for Hypertension, Elevated blood pressure, Cardiac arrhythmias, Supraventricular arrhythmia, Angina pectoris, Hyperthyroidism, Heart failure, Myocardial infarction, Migraine attacks, Edema and other conditions. Vinicor D 50 Tablet may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide.

Vinicor D 50 Tablet contains Chlorthalidone and Metoprolol as active ingredients.
Vinicor D 50 Tablet works by relaxing blood vessels thus decreasing blood pressure and by reducing infarct size; increasing elimination of sodium and chloride and therefore water from the body;

When not to use Vinicor D 50 Tablet

Hypersensitivity to Vinicor D 50 Tablet is a contraindication. In addition, Vinicor D 50 Tablet should not be used if you have the following conditions:
Cardiogenic shock
Heart block
Hypersensitivity
Lack of urine production
Overt cardiac failure
Sinus bradycardia
Sulfa allergy
