Vetory D Tablet
Vetory D Tablet is a combination medicine that consists of Aceclofenac and Drotaverine. It is mainly used in the treatment of muscular pain associated with spasms in adults. It can also be used to treat dysmenorrhoea (pain associated with period cramps). Vetory D Tablet can provide relief from pain and swelling that occurs due to muscle cramps and spasms.
Vetory D Tablet works by blocking certain enzyme receptors that cause muscle spasms and preventing the release of substances called prostaglandins in the brain that cause pain and fever. It can provide relief from pain and swelling due to arthritic conditions but does not cure it.
Vetory D Tablet may cause some side effects like dry mouth, nausea, vomiting, heartburn, stomach pain, loss of appetite, and diarrhoea. Do not use this medicine if you are allergic to it. Avoid driving vehicles or operating machines after taking this medicine as it may cause dizziness. Do not consume alcohol while using this medicine as it may worsen drowsiness.
Vetory D Tablet should be taken with food, milk, or an antacid to avoid stomach irritation. For the ease of remembering, take it at the same time every day. Do not stop using this medicine even if you feel better after taking a few doses as abrupt stopping may worsen your condition and lead to more severe symptoms.
Vetory D Tablet may not be suitable for all people. Inform your doctor if you have liver or kidney problems before taking this medicine. This medicine is not recommended to be used if you are pregnant or are breastfeeding. Vetory D Tablet is not recommended for use in children below 12 years of age.
