Description

Triohale Rotacaps is a combination of Ciclesonide, Formoterol, and Tiotropium. It is used to relieve symptoms such as wheezing, shortness of breath, chest tightness, breathing difficulty, coughing, etc., associated with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (a group of lung conditions that cause blockage of airflow leading to breathing-related problems). It blocks the action of certain chemicals that cause narrowing of the airways. Thus, it relaxes the muscles of the airways and makes breathing easier.

Triohale Rotacaps may cause side effects like nausea, vomiting, hoarseness of voice, fungal infections in the mouth, cough, headache, sore throat, etc. These side effects usually resolve with time. However, consult your doctor if they persist or worsen.

Triohale Rotacaps may also cause dizziness in some cases. Avoid driving vehicles or operating machines if you feel dizzy after using this medicine. Avoid consumption of alcohol during treatment with this medicine as it may increase the risk of side effects.

Dosage

Missed Dose

General Instructions
Triohale Rotacaps should be used as instructed by your doctor. Use it at the same time every day for the ease of remembering.

It is meant for inhalation only. Do not swallow the capsule.

Triohale Rotacaps does not work right away and should not be used to relieve sudden breathing problems. Use your rescue inhaler to control sudden attacks.

A dry mouth may occur as a side effect. Rinsing the mouth frequently, maintaining good oral hygiene, increasing water intake, or taking sugarless candy may help in such a case.

Gargle with warm water after each inhalation to avoid fungal infections in your mouth and throat.

Do not stop taking this medicine suddenly, even if you do not have any symptoms, as it may cause your breathing problems to recur or worsen.
