Description
Telmisat 20 MG Tablet is a medicine used to treat high blood pressure. This medicine also reduces the risk of heart attack and stroke by lowering blood pressure. It can also be used in diabetics to protect kidney function and prevent further damage. It works by relaxing your blood vessels and promoting the free flow of blood.
Telmisat 20 MG Tablet has some side effects like back pain, stomach pain, weakness, diarrhoea, sinus pain, and congestion. These side effects may subside by themselves. Reduce risk of heart-related and diabetes complications
Telmisat 20 MG Tablet relaxes your blood vessels, making it easier for your heart to pump blood. Therefore, it is used to reduce the risk of coronary artery disorder (a condition caused by plaque buildup in the wall of the arteries that supply blood to the heart) and stroke (insufficient blood supply to your brain), especially in the elderly. This medicine can also be used in diabetes to reduce the risk of kidney damage.

When not to use?
Allergy
