Revelol XL 25 Tablet 10’s belongs to a group of medicines called as beta-blockers used alone or together with other medicines to treat high blood pressure (hypertension), heart related chest pain (angina) and protect heart after heart attack (myocardial infarction). Besides this, it also help in relieving symptoms of migraine related headache and tremors (fits). High blood pressure adds to the workload of the heart and arteries.

Hypertension or high blood pressure is a long-term force of the blood against the arteries that may lead to various types of heart diseases. If it continues for a long time, it can damage the blood vessels (arteries) of the brain, heart, and kidneys, resulting in a stroke, heart failure, or kidney failure. Lowering blood pressure reduces the risk of stroke, heart attack and heart related chest pain (angina).

Revelol XL 25 Tablet 10’s can be taken orally with or without food or as directed by your physician. Revelol XL 25 Tablet 10’s is preferable to take at the same time every day for better results. You may have common side like feeling dizzy or exhausted, cold hands or feet, difficulty in sleeping and having nightmares. These side effects are usually mild and short lived. On the other hand, Revelol XL 25 Tablet 10’s also blocks beta 2 receptors located in the lungs (bronchioles) and blood vessels of skeletal muscle narrowing it. Revelol XL 25 Tablet 10’s can reduce symptoms of too much thyroid hormone (thyrotoxicosis) and can be taken together with thyroid related medicines to treat an overactive thyroid.

Revelol XL 25 Tablet 10’s can be taken orally with or without food or as directed by your doctor. Swallow the whole tablet with approximately a glass of water. Do not crush, chew, or break it. It is preferable to take the drug at the same time every day for better results. Never take an overdose to make up for a forgotten one.
