Description
Napra-D-500 Tablet is a combination of Naproxen and Domperidone used to treat migraine headaches (intense pounding headaches that occur usually on one side of the head). This medicine blocks the action of chemical substances in your body that cause pain, thus helpful in treating migraine. It also blocks the action of a chemical substance in your brain that causes nausea associated with migraine.
Napra-D-500 Tablet shows side effects like headache, stomach pain, dry mouth, and diarrhoea. If any of these side effects persist or worsen, consult your doctor at the earliest. Avoid taking this medicine if you are allergic to it.
Napra-D-500 Tablet may cause dizziness, drowsiness, or visual disturbances in some cases. Maintain caution while driving vehicles or performing activities that require concentration if you take this medicine. Avoid consuming alcohol while taking this medicine as it can increase your risk of stomach problems.
Napra-D-500 Tablet should be taken with food or milk to prevent an upset stomach. Avoid taking more than the recommended dose. Your doctor may regularly monitor your kidney and liver function, and levels of blood components if you are taking this medicine for long-term treatment.
Napra-D-500 Tablet is not suitable for everyone. Inform your doctor if you have heart, liver, or kidney problems, or clotting disorders (blood does not clot normally, causing excessive bleeding) to make sure this medicine is safe for you. Also, inform your doctor if you are taking any other medicines to avoid undesired effects. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy, or are breastfeeding.
