Contraindications of Met Xl R 25/5mg Tablets 15’S

If you are allergic to any ingredients present in the Met Xl R Tablet.
If you have a known history of angioedema (swelling due to excess fluid filled under the skin).
Do not take the Met Xl R Tablet with a combination of sacubitril/valsartan therapy (heart medicine). If you are unsure it is recommended to consult your doctor.
If you have any kind of heart-related problem or kidney problems, high/low blood pressure or any other pre-existing health condition.
If you are diabetic and having other anti-hypertensive medicines like aliskiren.
If you are pregnant.

Swallow it as a whole with a glass of water, do not cut, break or chew the tablet. It can be taken with or without food.
