INTRODUCTION

INZIT 4MG contain Benidipine hydrochloride which belongs to a group of medicine called calcium channel blocker. It is used to treat hypertension, renal parenchymal hypertension, and angina pectoris. Hypertension is a condition in which the force of the blood against the artery wall is too high. High blood pressure often has no symptoms. Over time, if untreated, it can cause health condition such as heart disease and stroke.

Renal parenchymal hypertension is a form of secondary hypertension caused by kidney diseases. Angina pectoris is the medical term for chest pain or discomfort due to coronary heart diseases. It occurs when the heart muscle does not get as much blood as it needs. This usually happens because one or more of the heart arteries is narrowed or blocked. It is also called ischemia.

INZIT 4MG works by blocking calcium inflow into cells and consequently dilates constricted vessels to decrease blood pressure. It also dilates coronary arteries of the heart to prevent developing anginal attack. Before taking this medicine tell your doctor if you have ever had kidney disease, heart disease, liver problems. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult their doctor before taking this medicine.

HOW INZIT 4MG WORKS
INZIT 4MG works by blocking calcium inflow into cells and consequently dilates constricted blood vessels to decrease blood pressure. It also dilates coronary arteries of the heart to prevent developing anginal attack.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Always take INZIT 4MG exactly as your doctor has told you. This medicine must be taken with or without food. Try to take this medicine at the same time each day. It should be swallowed whole with water. Do not crush or chew the medicine. Do not take grapefruit juice while taking this medicine.

INZIT 4MG should be used with caution in patients suffering from active kidney diseases. Consult your doctor for advice.

LIVER
INZIT 4MG should be used with caution in patients suffering from liver function impairment or active liver diseases. Consult your doctor for advice.

ALLERGY
Do not take INZIT 4MG if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to benidipine hydrochloride or any other ingredients in this medicine.

HEART DISEASE
INZIT 4MG should be used with caution in patients suffering from active heart diseases. Consult your doctor for advice.
