Description

Ecosprin Gold 10 Forte Capsule is a combination medicine used for the treatment of patients suffering from hyperlipidemia and cardiovascular diseases who are at an increased risk of complications such as a stroke, heart attack, peripheral vascular disease, angina, etc. This medicine is not recommended for use in patients below 18 years of age.

What is it prescribed for?
Prevention of cardiovascular diseases
This medicine is used in the prevention of stroke and heart attack if you are at risk due to conditions like Diabetes, Hypertension, Coronary Heart Disease, etc.
It is also used in people who don’t have an active disease but are exposed to multiple risk factors like smoking, age, family history of occurrence, etc.
Hyperlipidemia
This medicine may be used to treat Hyperlipidemia, which is a condition characterized by high levels of lipids in the blood.

When not to use?

Allergy
This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with a known allergy to aspirin, atorvastatin, clopidogrel, or any other inactive ingredients present in the formulation.
Bleeding disorder
This medicine is not recommended for use in patients who are suffering from peptic ulcer disease or any bleeding disorder due to the increased risk of worsening the patient’s condition.
Liver disease
This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with active liver disease indicated by high levels of transaminase in the body due to the increased risk of worsening of the patient’s condition.
