Description

Ebspor 1 % Cream is an antifungal medicine that is used in the treatment of various fungal infections of the skin like athlete’s foot (a fungal infection that usually begins between the toes), jock itch (a fungal infection that causes a red and itchy rash in warm and moist areas of the body) and ringworm infections. Ebspor 1 % Cream kills and stops the growth of fungi by damaging their cell wall, thereby killing them.

Ebspor 1 % Cream may cause mild side effects like itching, burning sensation, irritation and redness at the site of application. Consult your doctor if these side effects persist or worsen. Do not use Ebspor 1 % Cream if you are allergic to it.

Ebspor 1 % Cream is for external use only. Clean and dry the affected area before application. Apply a thin layer over the affected parts of your skin. Avoid contact with your eyes and mouth. Rinse with water immediately if the medicine comes in contact with these areas. Avoid using other medications on the same area while using Ebspor 1 % Cream.

Ebspor 1 % Cream may take a few days or weeks for improving your condition. Therefore, it is advised to complete the whole treatment with this medicine as prescribed. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or are breastfeeding before using this medicine. Inform your doctor if the condition has not improved even after six weeks of the treatment.

Ebspor 1 % Cream is used in the treatment of nail and skin infections caused by fungi. It is used in conditions like athlete’s foot (itchy white patches between the toes), jock itch (red, itchy and ring shapes rash around the groins), ringworm (red, itchy, circular-shaped rash with clear skin in the middle), Pityriasis Versicolor (an infection that causes discolouration due to skin pigmentation), Cutaneous candidiasis (an infection that mostly affects the skin and nails due to candida fungus), etc.

When not to use?

Allergy
Avoid using Ebspor 1 % Cream if you are allergic to it. Inform your doctor of any history of allergy to this medicine. Contact your doctor and seek medical attention immediately if you notice any symptoms such as a skin rash, itching/swelling anywhere on your body, dizziness, breathing difficulty, etc.

Dosage

Missed Dose
Apply the missed dose of Ebspor 1 % Cream as soon as you remember. Do not apply two doses at a time to compensate for the missed dose.
Overdose
An overdose of Ebspor 1 % Cream is not likely to cause severe symptoms. However, the ingestion of this medicine may cause harm and immediate medical intervention may be required. Contact your doctor if an overdose is suspected.

General Instructions

Ebspor 1 % Cream is for external use only. Avoid contact with your mouth, eyes, nose, and, ears. In case of accidental contact, wash thoroughly with water.

Follow all dosing instructions mentioned on the label or the package insert. Do not use this medicine for durations shorter or longer than prescribed by your doctor.

Apply a thin layer of Ebspor 1 % Cream to the affected area as instructed by your doctor.

It may take several days to see the effects of Ebspor 1 % Cream. Finish the entire course of treatment even if your symptoms begin to clear up after a few days.
