Atarax Drops 15 ml contains an ‘antihistaminics’ medication primarily used to treat allergic reactions. It is used to treat allergic skin conditions with inflammation & itching. Drug-Drug interaction: Atarax Drops 15 ml is known to interact with opiates (meperidine), heart medicines (quinidine), Alzheimer’s disease medications (donepezil, galantamine), anticholinergics (benztropine, scopolamine), antipsychotics (chlorpromazine, clozapine, fluphenazine, thioridazine, risperidone, trazodone), pain relievers (acetaminophen, aspirin, ibuprofen, codeine, hydrocodone, oxycodone).
Drug-Food interaction: Atarax Drops 15 ml should not be taken along with alcohol as it is known to increase CNS depressive effect.
