Amtas-M 25 Tablet (Amlodipine 5mg / Metoprolol Succinate 25mg)

Amtas-M (5/25 mg) Tablet is a combination of Amlodipine and Metoprolol. It is used to treat high blood pressure. This medicine works by relaxing your blood vessels and lowering your blood pressure.

Amtas-M (5/25 mg) Tablet may cause common side effects such as headache, dizziness, nausea, muscle cramps, diarrhoea/constipation, etc. Consult your doctor if these symptoms persist or if they become severe.

Amtas-M (5/25 mg) Tablet should be taken exactly as advised by your doctor. Take it at the same time every day to maintain a constant level of this medicine in your body.

Amtas-M (5/25 mg) Tablet should be avoided if you are allergic to it. Inform your doctor if you have diabetes (high blood sugar levels), liver, kidney problems, or a history of glaucoma (a condition where the pressure in the eyeballs is abnormally high that can lead to eventual loss of vision), before taking this medicine.
