What is it prescribed for?
Bacterial Conjunctivitis
This medicine is used in the treatment of conjunctivitis, which is an inflammation or infection of the conjunctiva, caused by bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Haemophilus influenzae, Staphylococcus epidermis, etc.

When not to use?

Allergy
This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with a known allergy to tobramycin, any other aminoglycosides, or any other inactive ingredients present along with the formulation.

Contact lens
Usage of contact lenses is not recommended in patients suffering from an eye infection.
Driving or operating machinery
Use of this medicine may cause blurred vision in some patients. If you experience blurred vision during treatment with this medicine, it is advised that you do not perform any activities such as driving a vehicle or operating machinery until your vision is clear.
Contamination
Do not touch the tip of the dropper to any surface since this may lead to contamination by bacteria. Patients are advised to take all hygienic precautions to ensure that the medicine is not contaminated.

Dosage

Missed Dose
Administer the missed dose as soon as you remember. It is advisable to skip the missed dose if it is almost time for your next scheduled dose. Do not administer a double dose to make up for the missed one.
Overdose
Seek emergency medical treatment or contact the doctor in case of an overdose.
