Description

Utamide 50 mg Tablet is a non-steroidal anti-cancer medicine used in men along with other specific agents for the treatment of prostate cancer. This medicine is not recommended for use in females, children, and adolescents.

Prostate cancer
Utamide 50 mg Tablet is used in the treatment of prostate cancer along with a <gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) agonist such as leuprolide or goserelin.

When not to use?

Allergy
This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with a known allergy to bicalutamide or any other components present along with it.

Dosage

Missed Dose
Take the missed dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose. Do not double your dose to make up for the missed one.
