About Unwanted-21 Days Tablet 21’s
Unwanted-21 Days Tablet 21’s belongs to a group of medications called ‘hormonal contraceptives’ primarily used for contraception and in treating dysmenorrhea (irregular and painful periods). Contraception is a procedure that aims to prevent unwanted pregnancy for safe family planning. Dysmenorrhea is an irregular and painful menstrual period, leading to abdominal pain, mood swings, digestion problems, fainting, vomiting, and nausea.
Unwanted-21 Days Tablet 21’s is a combination of two medications: Ethinyloestradiol and Levonorgestrel. Unwanted-21 Days Tablet 21’s prevents the release of an egg from the ovary (female reproductive cells) or prevents fertilization of an egg by sperm (male reproductive cells). Unwanted-21 Days Tablet 21’s may also change the lining of the uterus to prevent the development of a pregnancy. Thus, Unwanted-21 Days Tablet 21’s helps prevent pregnancy.
Take Unwanted-21 Days Tablet 21’s as prescribed by your doctor. In some cases, Unwanted-21 Days Tablet 21’s may cause stomach pain, headache, nausea, breast pain, weight gain, and mood swings. Most of these side effects of Unwanted-21 Days Tablet 21’s do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects are persistent, reach out to your doctor.
Inform your doctor before starting Unwanted-21 Days Tablet 21’s if you are over 35 years, or ever have a heart problem, cancer (breast, uterus, or vagina), uterine bleeding, liver, or kidney problems. Do not take Unwanted-21 Days Tablet 21’s if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Unwanted-21 Days Tablet 21’s does not prevent the transmission of any sexually transmitted diseases (STD), so use other forms of contraception (condom) during sexual intercourse if you have any STD or AIDS (acquired immunodeficiency syndrome).

Drug Warnings
Please inform your doctor if you have/had heart disease, hypertension, obesity, cancer (breast, cervix, or uterus), diabetes mellitus, liver or kidney disease, abnormal uterine bleeding. Smoking may increase the risk of cardiovascular events in women over 35 years when taking Unwanted-21 Days Tablet 21’s. Unwanted-21 Days Tablet 21’s does not protect against any sexually transmitted disease or HIV. If pregnancy occurs while you are taking Unwanted-21 Days Tablet 21’s, please consult your doctor. Do not start using a new medication without telling your doctor. Sometimes, you may experience spotting or bleeding in between missed periods or menstrual periods. If the spotting persists, please consult your doctor. Do not use Unwanted-21 Days Tablet 21’s if you are pregnant or have recently delivered a baby. If you have missed a dose or are late by 12 hours, use a condom for two days while sexual intercourse to avoid unwanted pregnancy. Do not take Unwanted-21 Days Tablet 21’s if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you have migraines, please inform your doctor, as taking Unwanted-21 Days Tablet 21’s may increase your headache.
Drug Interactions
Drug-drug interactions: Unwanted-21 Days Tablet 21’s may have an interaction with medicines used to treat anti-epilepsy (e.g. primidone, phenytoin, carbamazepine), medicines used to treat tuberculosis (e.g. rifampicin, rifabutin), medicines used to treat HIV (e.g. ritonavir, efavirenz), and medicines used to treat fungal infections (e.g. griseofulvin, ketoconazole, posaconazole).
Drug-Food Interactions: Unwanted-21 Days Tablet 21’s interacts with St. John’s wort (an antidepressant herbal supplement). Also, avoid consumption of alcohol and grapefruit juice along with Unwanted-21 Days Tablet 21’s.
Drug-Disease Interactions: Inform your doctor if you smoke, have/had liver or kidney disease, heart disease, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, abnormal uterine bleeding, breast, cervix, or uterus cancer and anaemia.
