Overview

Trazer F Forte Tablet is used for Polycystic ovary syndrome, Treatment of anemias of nutritional origin, Pregnancy, Infancy, Or childhood, Vitamin d deficiency, Increased requirement of folate in the body during pregnancy, Folate deficiency, Poor diet, Treatment of megaloblastic anemias due to a deficiency of folic acid, Poor absorption of food, Deficiency of vitamin d and other conditions. Trazer F Forte Tablet may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide.

Trazer F Forte Tablet contains Folic Acid, Myo-Inositol and Vitamin D3 as active ingredients.

Trazer F Forte Tablet works by decreasing serum testosterone and simultaneously increase insulin sensitivity; acting on megaloblastic bone marrow to produce a normoblastic marrow; increasing absorption of calcium and phosphorus required for strong bones;

Uses
Trazer F Forte Tablet is used for the treatment, control, prevention, & improvement of the following diseases, conditions and symptoms:
Polycystic ovary syndrome
Treatment of anemias of nutritional origin, pregnancy, infancy, or childhood
Vitamin d deficiency
Increased requirement of folate in the body during pregnancy
Folate deficiency
Poor diet
Treatment of megaloblastic anemias due to a deficiency of folic acid
Poor absorption of food
Deficiency of vitamin d

Side-effects

The following is a list of possible side-effects that may occur from all constituting ingredients of Trazer F Forte Tablet. This is not a comprehensive list. Nausea
Decreased vitamin b12 serum levels
Bloating
Bitter or bad taste
Allergic reactions
Anorexia
Abdominal distention
Flatulence
Altered sleep patterns
Difficulty in concentrating
Irritability
Overactivity
Excitement
Mental depression
Confusion
Impaired judgment
Seizures in epileptic patients receiving phenobarbital, primidone, or diphenylhydantoin
Decreased diphenylhydantoin serum levels in folate-deficient patients
Constipation
Stomach ache
Loss of appetite
Feeling of sickness
Excessive thirst
Muscle weakness
Drowsiness or confusion
Excess calcium in the blood or urine

Precautions

Before using Trazer F Forte Tablet, inform your doctor about your current list of medications, over the counter products (e.g. vitamins, herbal supplements, etc.), allergies, pre-existing diseases, and current health conditions (e.g. pregnancy, upcoming surgery, etc.). Some health conditions may make you more susceptible to the side-effects of the drug. Take as directed by your doctor or follow the direction printed on the product insert. Dosage is based on your condition. Tell your doctor if your condition persists or worsens. Important counseling points are listed below.
Administration of folic acid alone is improper therapy for pernicious anemia and other megaloblastic anemias in which vitamin B12 is deficient
Avoid alcohol consumption, especially if having alcoholic cirrhosis
Folic acid in doses above 0.1 mg daily may obscure the diagnosis of pernicious anemia
Pregnant, planning to get pregnant or breastfeeding
Risk of obscuring the diagnosis of pernicious anemia
Vitamin B12 is use to treat pernicious anemia

This may increase your risk for side-effects or cause your drug not to work properly. Trazer F Forte Tablet may interact with the following drugs and products:
Actinomycin
Alcohol
Barbiturates
Cholestyramine
Diphenylhydantoin
Glucocorticoids
Methotrexate
Nitrofurantoin
Paraffin oil
Phenytoin

When not to use Trazer F Forte Tablet

Hypersensitivity to Trazer F Forte Tablet is a contraindication. In addition, Trazer F Forte Tablet should not be used if you have the following conditions:
Allergic reactions
High calcium levels
Intolerance to the drug
Kidney disease
Kidney stone
Sarcoidosis
