Description

What is it prescribed for?
Skin and Soft tissue infections
This medicine is used in the treatment of complicated infections of the skin and soft tissues caused by gram-positive bacteria. These infections may include infected wounds, folliculitis, abscesses, cellulitis, ulcers, etc.
Pneumonia
This medicine is used in the treatment of pneumonia which is a most common type of lung infection caused by gram-positive bacteria.
Urinary Tract Infection
This medicine is used in the treatment of complicated infections of the urinary tract caused by gram-positive bacteria.
Bone and Joint infections
This medicine is used in the treatment of bone and joint infections such as osteomyelitis and infectious arthritis caused by gram-positive bacteria.
Bacterial endocarditis
This medicine is used in the treatment of endocarditis, which is an infection of the inner lining of the heart, caused by gram-positive bacteria.

When not to use?

Allergy
