Reclimet Tablet 14’s belongs to a class of medicine known as an antidiabetic. It is a combination of two anti-diabetic drugs, namely: Gliclazide and Metformin. Type 2 diabetes is a chronic or lifelong condition that affects the way your body processes glucose.
