Hopace-MT 50 Tablet
Hopace-MT 50 Tablet 7’s is a combination drug, containing Enalapril (ACE inhibitors), and Propranolol (beta-blocker). It collectively treats high blood pressure and prevents the chance of having heart failure or stroke in future. Hypertension (high blood pressure) is a chronic condition in which the force exerted by the blood against the artery walls becomes so high to cause heart or kidney diseases.
Hopace-MT 50 Tablet 7’s is composed of Enalapril and Propranolol. Together they work by relaxing and widening our blood vessels (veins and arteries). It lowers the raised blood pressure and makes it easier for the heart to pump blood efficiently around the body. Hence, the chance of having any heart attack, stroke, heart-related chest pain (angina) or other cardiovascular diseases reduces significantly.
Hopace-MT 50 Tablet 7’s can be taken orally with or without food or as directed by your physician. Swallow the whole tablet with a glass of water. Do not crush, chew, or break it. Hopace-MT 50 Tablet 7’s is preferable to take at the same time every day for better results. Some people may experience Common side effects like headache, dizziness, non-productive tickling cough, bronchitis, sinusitis, dyspnoea, gastrointestinal inflammation, digestive disturbances, abdominal discomfort, dyspepsia, diarrhoea, nausea, vomiting, rash, muscle spasms, myalgia (muscular pain), increase in blood potassium levels, fainting due to sudden low blood pressure, chest pain, fatigue, photosensitivity, taste disturbance, blurred vision, dry eyes and tinnitus (ringing sound in the ear), has been reported in patients taking Hopace-MT 50 Tablet 7’s. Most of the side effects of Hopace-MT 50 Tablet 7’s do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects are persistent, reach out to your doctor.

Even if your blood pressure is normal, you should not stop using Hopace-MT 50 Tablet 7’s as blood pressure has no symptoms and stopping Hopace-MT 50 Tablet 7’s may worsen your condition. Let your doctor know if you have any liver, kidney or heart problems, are pregnant or breastfeeding. You should monitor your blood pressure regularly to be sure that Hopace-MT 50 Tablet 7’s is working efficiently. And also, a healthy diet, regular exercise is necessary to keep blood pressure under control.

Patients with diabetes, skeletal muscle disease (like myopathy and rhabdomyolysis), thyrotoxicosis/thyroid storm (high level of thyroid hormones), jaundice or marked increase in liver enzymes, and aortic valve stenosis (narrowed heart valve) should take with caution and under medical supervision only.
